Our system have 5 order status.

- Pending Approval
- This is the initial order status after you have successfully check out
- You will also receive an email notification from us
- At this status, you can still cancel or or replace files via ticket
- Print-in-Progress
- The order status will change to Print-in-progress if your files passed through the preliminary pre-flight check
- You will also receive an email notification from us
- At this status, we are unable to adhere to any changes or cancellation of order
- In-transit
- Once your order is ready, the order status will change to In-Transit
- Invoice will be available for download from your account
- Completed
- This status will be updated upon successful delivery.
- * Note that you have 5 days (including weekends and public holiday) from the date of this status to raise any print issues pertaining to this order.
- Cancelled
- This status means your order has been cancelled
- Pending Payment – Unsuccessful payment.
