Kiss cutting means the sticker is cut through to the backing paper, leaving the backing intact for easy peel-and-apply. Die-cut to any shape. Gloss, Matte or Soft Touch lamination available. 10 materials — choose the right one for your application

Glossy White (90 Micron) — bright white gloss surface. The standard all-purpose label material for product labels, packaging stickers and general branding. Adheres to paper, plastic, glass and metal (dry surfaces).
Printing Paper (90 Micron) — matte white paper label. Cost-effective for simple text labels and address labels where gloss is not required.
Rough Matte White (100 Micron) — textured matte surface. Gives a natural, hand-crafted look. Popular for artisan food products, wellness brands and boutique retail labels.
Transparent OPP / Clear (50 Micron) — clear film that creates a “no-label” look when applied to glass or clear packaging. Supports 4C + White printing for designs that need opacity on clear surfaces.
White PP (Polypropylene) (70 Micron) — waterproof white film. Better moisture and chemical resistance than paper. Suitable for products exposed to refrigeration, humidity or mild chemical contact.
White PE (Polyethylene) (83 Micron) — flexible, waterproof film that conforms to curved surfaces. Ideal for squeeze bottles, tubes and products where label flexibility is needed.
Synthetic Paper (90 Micron) — high-opacity matte white synthetic substrate. Tear-resistant and waterproof. Good colour reproduction for premium product labels.
Brown Craft Paper (70 Micron) — natural brown paper label with an organic, eco-conscious aesthetic. Popular for artisan food, coffee, wellness and sustainable lifestyle brands.
Bright Silver Polyester (40 Micron) — mirror-finish silver film. Adds a premium metallic look to product labels. Popular for electronics, cosmetics and premium packaged goods.
Matte Silver Polyester (55 Micron) — brushed silver finish. More subtle than bright silver. Gives a sophisticated industrial or premium technical aesthetic.

Lamination options

Gloss Lamination — high-shine protective coating over the print surface. Enhances colour vibrancy and protects against scuffs and moisture.
Matte Lamination — smooth non-reflective coating. Gives a premium, understated look. Slight added resistance to fingerprints.
Soft Touch Lamination — velvety tactile coating. Feels premium in hand and creates a distinctive unboxing experience for high-end packaging.
Gloss Water Based Varnish — lighter gloss coating applied inline with printing. Less protective than lamination but adds sheen at a lower cost.
UV Varnish — UV-cured gloss varnish. Higher gloss intensity than water-based varnish. Suitable where lamination is not required but surface protection and sheen are needed.

Cutting options

Custom Die-Cut (Single Die-line) — cut to any shape including round, oval, custom logo outline or unique silhouette. Standard shape options: Round, Rectangle/Square, Cut To Size. Optional Back Cut for easier peel-off.
Multiple Die-line — multiple small sticker designs on a single sheet. Delivered as a full sheet without individual removal. Ideal for sticker sheets with several different designs or sizes in one order.

Format: PDF — 3-page file: Page 1 = CMYK Artwork + Die-line, Page 2 = Artwork only, Page 3 = Die-line only
Bleed: 4mm from die-cut edge on all sides
Safe zone: 2mm inside die-cut edge
Die-line colour: Spot colour “Die-line” — ensure die-line matches your order size exactly (±1mm cutting tolerance)
Round corners required for square/rectangle shapes — minimum 2mm radius
4C + White orders: Include separate White artwork page (K100, rename layer “White”)
No crop marks — do not apply to artwork file

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.

How To Order

Step 1

Step 2

Add to cart & check out

Once order is placed and payment made, you will receive an email with subject “Order XXXX has been received and pending approval“

We will check your files and proceed to print if no issue. If we discover an issue, we will contact you via email / phone call.

Step 3

Proceed to print

When the file is ready, we will send it to production for print. You will receive an email with subject: “Order XXXX has been updated to PRINT-IN-PROCESS“

* At this point, no further changes can be made to the order.

Step 4

Deliver to you

When your order is ready, you will receive an email with subject: “Order XXXXX is completed“

Delivery
We will arrange for  to send to you. Do note that it will take additional 2-5 working days (depending on your area) to reach you.

We recommend you to save your artwork into PDF, especially in our recommended PDF settings.

How we count production days

Order cutoff — place your order before 3pm on a working day to start production that same day.

Working days only — we count Monday to Friday. Weekends are excluded.
