Production timeline is stated in each of the product page.
Example: 3 Production Days
Order Day – The day of order placed before 3pm (during operating day and hour)
Ready – The day the product will be ready for delivery where third party courier will pick up the next working day.
NOTES:
- If a range of production days are shown (such as 2-4 production days), we are not able to commit to the shorter production day.
- We will not be able to commit the actual day of delivery as we are engaging 3rd parties to deliver.
- Production Days exclude date of the order and date of goods received.
- Production Days exclude Saturdays and Sundays or Public Holiday.
- “Ready” is the day your completed goods is printed.
- Delivery will take additional few working days for delivery in West Malaysia.
- The Production Days duration is applicable for Litho Offset product orders, submitted before 6pm.
- The Production Days duration is applicable for Digital Offset products and Stamp Chop order submitted before 3pm.
- Order submitted after cut-off time will be processed the next working day.
