When we received your order and artwork file, we will use our pre-flight software to scan for any possible error from the files.
Please note that we will not be able to perform any artwork check prior ordering.
These are the areas of pre-flight checks:
- Artwork Size vs. order size
- Spot UV limitation
- Hot stamping limitation (safe zone, font, line, complicated design, JPEG)
- Spot UV areas are filled with K100
- Fonts oulined (missing fonts)
- Any folding error? Folding/creasing line not matching up with artwork
- Artwork in CMYK
- Image Resolution
If any of these checks have issues, we will place your order on hold and inform you. Once you rectified the issues, you can resend the files to us.
