An auto-lock bottom box has a base that springs open and locks automatically the moment you open the flat-packed box — no manual pressing, no glue and no assembly required. It is the fastest retail packaging format to set up, ideal for high-volume packing lines and products that need rapid packaging.
Expressprint produces custom auto-lock bottom boxes in any size, full colour 4C CMYK on Art Card. Pre-glued at the factory — the base pops open and locks automatically.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
