All our customers are covered with our satisfaction policy. If our print standard falls out of acceptable policy, we will do a reprint. Kindly fill up the form below.
- We handle print issue raised within 5 days of “delivered” status date (PH, Weekends are inclusive).
- We may request for part or the entire printed products to be returned (at customer’s cost) to our warehouse.
- In the event that a re-print is granted, the production timeline will be the same as if a new order.
- Re-printed products will be delivered.
